Asteroids, Comets, Meteors 2020
Call for Letters of Intent

Dear Colleague,

With great respect and enthusiasm, we note that the organization of Asteroids, Comets, Meteors in Montevideo, April 10-14, 2017 (ACM 2017) is well on its way.

As the Steering Committee for ACM conferences (ACM-SC), we would like to call for letters of intent concerning the next conference after ACM 2017, tentatively scheduled for 2020 (maintaining the triennial pace). In particular, we would like to encourage letters of intent from North America but are welcoming letters from elsewhere, too.

The letter of intent should describe the organizing entity with the main contact person (detailed address and e-mail information), the conference venue and tentative timing, travel information, as well as envisaged funding support. The letter of intent should not exceed three pages in length and can be submitted via e-mailto the ACM-SC chair. The timeline is as follows:

The letters of intent are due on

     January 31, 2017 (Tuesday)

and the decision by the ACM-SC is made by

     March 15, 2017 (Wednesday)

We are looking forward to receiving outstanding proposals concerning the ACM conference in 2020.

Looking forward to ACM 2017 in Montevideo!

With kind regards,

ACM Steering Committee
