The deadline for grant application is December 1, 23.59 UT. The abstract should be submitted by this time.

Financial assistance with the registration fee can be offered to some applicants. Priority will be given to graduate students and recent PhDs. The assistance comprises materials, coffee breaks, reception, closing dinner, tour and lunches.

In very few cases, we will be able to support the participants with accommodation.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide support for travel tickets.

Applicants must submit an abstract (for oral or poster presentation) as principal author before filling the application form. They must provide a short motivation letter (< 1000 characters) to explain why they are applying for the grant.

You do not need to fill out any other registration form.
In case, you do not get the grant, you can pay later with the lowest fee.
